Who we are

1st WGC Scout Group is located in Brockswood Lane, Welwyn Garden City AL8 7BQ. For many years we have been providing fun and adventure for the benefit of young people, helping develop their life skills.

Our membership is open to boys and girls from 6 years old. We currently run two Beaver Colonies, two Cub Packs and one Scout Troop. Scouts leaving at the age of 14 can move on to be Explorer Scouts or Young Leaders with us.

All our activities are run by willing volunteers who enjoy the great outdoors and sharing the adventure with our Beavers, Cubs and Scouts.
